The Golden Heights Residences is, as mentioned earlier, a mid-rise, low-occupancy condominium complex. This means that you will not have that many neighbors, so there is still ample amounts of peace and quiet to be had. You can choose from three different residential units and all of them will surely fit your budget.
The first and most affordable is the studio-type unit. The studio units measure around 30 square meters each, which is actually much bigger than what most other condominium buildings offer. Upon entering, you will find the kitchen area, which already has a preinstalled, tiled counter top and a sink. There are also overhead cabinets and additional storage spaces under the sink. You can also find provisions for a stove and a modest refrigerator in the kitchen area. Bounding the kitchen is a pre-installed nook, which also serves as a dinner table for two.
The living/sleeping space is quite spacious. If you use a sofa bed, this space can also double as a receiving/multimedia area. There is also a built-in wardrobe so you do not have to buy a separate cabinet. The bathroom is completely tiled and comes with all of the fixtures that you will need. The studio units also have their own balcony area. This is actually large enough that you can place a basic patio set (small table and two chairs) so you can enjoy the cool evening air.
The next residential option in the Golden Heights is the one-bedroom unit. Now, if you need even more room, then you can choose the two-bedroom, bi-level units. These units are more reminiscent of a two-story apartment more than a condominium unit. When you first go into the front door, the first thing that you will see is the kitchen and dining spacious living room area. Then you will see the dining area, where you can place a dining table for six persons if you so wish. Besides that is the kitchen area, with even more counter space and storage compartments than the previous two.
What is surprising is that there is also a staircase that leads to the second level of the condominium unit.
